Burley
In Indonesia, Burley tobacco is mainly produced in Lumajang, Jember and Banyuwangi. Burley tobacco is air-cured in barns with humidity and air flow controls. Cured leaf color ranges from light brown to mahogany. Burley is mainly packed in either tipped & threshed or hand stripped form and used primarily for American blend cigarettes. Burley is predominantly for the export market.
